Indications for use: effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to- Muscle fatigue and tension- Sprains, strains- ArthritisSuitable for chronic and occasional pain.Do not use in the following cases:- if the contents of the cells leak and/or the band is damaged- with medicated creams or ointments, plasters or other heat sources- on scratched or grazed skin- on bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours- on areas of the body that are insensitive to heat- by people who are unable to follow all the instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product on their own, including children and non-self-sufficient elderly people- do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arms, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, entire knee, feet, or toes. Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. Directions for use: - Open the pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. - Remove the protective paper to expose the adhesive side. - Place on the painful area and press the adhesive side firmly into the skin. Be careful not to overlap the cells when applying. Do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arms, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knees, feet, or toes. If you are over 55, wear Thermacare over a thin piece of clothing (or fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours. The product can be disposed of hot or cold in normal household waste.
